    • Twiogo ERP provides cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for businesses, including but not limited to:

      • Inventory Management
      • Sales Tracking
      • Financial Reporting
      • Billing and Invoicing
      • Branch Management

    Our Services may include web-based platforms, mobile applications, and integrations with third-party software. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary internet access and equipment required to use the Services.

5. Fees and Payments

  • 5.2 Payment Terms

    • Payments are due as per the selected plan.
    • Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
    • We reserve the right to update our pricing with prior notice.

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • NICETECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

    • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
    • Data loss, system downtime, or business interruptions.

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nictech from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

    • Your use of the Services.
    • Violations of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
